In a sunny and quiet location, 860 meters above sea level, near the capital of Brunico in Val Pusteria, you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday in our new apartments. You will find yourself in San Lorenzo di Sebato, in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The hosts have had the fox on their family crest for 500 years. Hence the name Fox Apartments. Hospitality and friendliness are experienced daily by the Wieser family.
While Ingrid and Armin take care of the booking and your well-being, Franz is responsible for the outdoor area and Elisabeth takes care of the interiors. Hospitality allows you to relax from the moment you arrive.
Smart
Be smart as a fox! Fox apartments are suitable for those who love intimacy and want to spend their time and energy only with pleasant things. You will find a spacious parking, after 6-8 steps you are already in the apartments, they are all on the ground floor.
The apartments are smart. Ventilation and room temperature control are done automatically. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already there. You also have your own small garden, where in summer you can look at our organic flowers.
The next bus stop is only 15 meters away. From there you can reach the train station (1 km), supermarket (1 km), the nearest pizzeria (1 km) or you can go skiing or hiking on our local mountains, such as the Plan de Corones.
We are happy to accommodate people with disabilities in our apartments without architectural barriers.
Eco
We will be on this planet for a long time. According to this principle, the Fox apartments were built in the most ecological way possible:
- Our heating system is powered by recycled wood pellets and use solar energy to heat the water
- The garden is irrigated using a rainwater tank
- Only composted soil was used for the garden
- The materials of the apartments (eg windows) come from locally worked wood
- Our flowery meadow creates a habitat for insects and birds
- You can move around the area using public transport and you can leave your car parked
- We have an electric charging station for electric cars (available on request and for a fee)
- We also give you the possibility to charge your e-bikes

Cancellation and payment conditions
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay: Free. From this moment on, the deposit will not be refunded
- Deposit: 50% of the total amount of the reservation. You can pay the remaining amount on the day of your departure
- It is possible to pay by card

- This is 2.50 euros per person per night and not included in our prices. (Children up to 14 years excluded)

In S. Lorenzo (1 km) you will find everything you need. You can get there on foot or by bus.
Just take the ski bus in front of the front door (15 meters) or reach the valley station of Riscone in 5 minutes.

Yes, we have a fiber optic connection. Each apartment surfs on a separate network.
Of course. Our televisions are connected directly to the Internet. You can enjoy Netflix etc. worry-free via your account.
